Overall, we've been pleased with the quality of our water and the air in our home.

We have noticed one significant change that we are not happy with, and hoping to get a resolution.

Prior to RainSoft, we had no issue with our shower water temperature. The water got hot quickly and stayed hot for a long period of time. We even joked about this with the sales representative.

Since the installation, the water takes a long time to heat up and does not stay hot during the length of our showers (6-10 mins).

My wife and I are very satisfied with the system. Knowing we have pure clean water running through the entire house gives for all to drink and shower with gives us peace of mind. I appreciate the quick and reliable customer service.

We are so happy with our RainSoft system! The representative was amazing and opened our eyes to the existing quality of the water and why it was that way. Made it very easy to understand and make the choice to improve our water. The city’s standards don’t have to be mine anymore. My family deserves the best and RainSoft makes it happen. Thanks!
