We had no clue how hard our water was until we spoke with George. I will NEVER not have Rain Soft in my house. I went to New Orleans, and they did not have Rain Soft water, when I got home, I sat in the shower for 2 hours, soaking in the luxury!! When Todd came to install it, I had questions about EVERYTHING he was doing, and he never once lost his patience with me, and he took the time to explain all the mechanics of what he was doing. Todd and his crew worked VERY efficiently and though my house presented them with some difficulties, he and his crew got everything done in a timely manner. I am so grateful that I spoke to Home Depot about Rain Soft, the quality of water has changed mine and my family’s life! My daughter is a real estate agent, and she raves to all her clients about Rain Soft, as she should.
