Great experience throughout the entire process with both employees.

I want to give some serious feedback around how great Gary is. The fact he was a tech who ran water tests back in the day is mind blowing. He has an awesome personality, and he definitely should be working with people! I really appreciate his passion for clean water and wanting to help people. The water tests were fascinating and disturbing. He did a great job demonstrating the concern, answering our questions, and talking through the best way to fix everything. He was awesome, and we were so happy he got referred to help us out. My only piece of constructive feedback is around the extra under the kitchen sink water product. It’s definitely much bigger than 3 iPhones. I wish we’d had a better understanding of that size, but no big deal. Again, 10/10 recommend Gary and the products!

Angel accompanied our technician Deron. Both were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Talking with Angel really helped us to feel confident in choosing Rainsoft. KJ was extremely patient in explaining where the best location for the water softener and how he was going to connect everything.
