Jim was so professional and very trustworthy. The reason I say this is, we (My Husband and I) all ready knew our water was not drinkable. But Jim came in, tested it and was highly concerned for us and actually called to get a second opinion. Took an extra sample to show the person he called and both him and Ken was extremely concerned for my family. They went above and beyond!! Thank you so very much. Daniel was so personable, he was easy to communicate with and explained everything we needed to know very thoroughly.

I have many medical conditions, some which cause rashes. I showered after the system was installed, and for the first time in 14 years I could shower with the rash without pain! I realized the water softener actually softens the spray coming out of the shower head. That’s a life changer for me!! I’m so happy with my RainSoft system.

Overall good experience thus far

The difference in the water is very evident. I have plaque psoriasis and since the change in water (and the cleaning products) my skin has quieted down and the incidents have dropped significantly. Thanks!

I would like to thank the person who approved installation of a water heater. This was a major concern of mine. I am extremely grateful for this. I don’t know who the owner/person is who approved the water heater, but am trying to find out to thank him.
