When I referred family members and friends, unfortunately some of them lived in other states and I would have loved for my representative to go give those family members the same demonstration I receive because that’s just How amazing Tristan Demonstration was. So with that being said, it may cost a lot to travel into other states or however, that works for the company, but if I put my trust into him, that’s who I would want to visit my loved ones and give them the same water test.

We recently had a RainSoft system installed at our home, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Five stars without hesitation. Stefan, our sales rep, took the time to test our water and walk us through exactly what was going on with it before recommending anything. He was knowledgeable and straightforward, answered every question we had, and never made us feel pressured. He explained how the system works, what it would do for our water, and what to expect in terms of maintenance. That kind of honest, no-pressure approach is what made us comfortable moving forward. Adrian handled the installation and did outstanding work. He was on time, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. The install was clean and well organized, he protected the surrounding area, and he cleaned up completely when he was finished. Before leaving, he walked us through the system, showed us how to operate it, and made sure we knew who to call with any questions. The difference in our water was noticeable almost immediately — better taste, no more spotting on glassware and fixtures, softer laundry, and it feels much better in the shower. Between Stefan on the sales side and Adrian on the install, RainSoft sent us two people who clearly take pride in their work. A well-deserved 5 stars — highly recommended.
