The whole experience was easy- the salesman, Michael, was very professional, as was the lead installer, Bryan. I give both of them, and the others helping to install, a five-star rating. I would certainly recommend Rainsoft to anyone looking for a complete soft water system. The clothes are cleaner, our skin feels softer and you can tell the difference from the grimy hard water that we had before Rainsoft.
