Wish we had done it much sooner. We’d been using Zero water pitchers which gave us good quality water, but it gradually got worse in quality as the filter got stopped up over time. Using the Rainsoft was much better for many reasons and we’re very happy with the system. It’s much better than swapping out Zero filters every week or two.

Johny came out to our home for a late 8pm meeting adjusted for our schedule. In addition to an after hours appointment he was super informative, charismatic, and helpful through every test made.

We didn’t purchase anything during his visit but Tyrone was so polite and personable! I wanted to share how knowledgeable he was during his visit.

Dustin is an amazing consultant and knows the equipment and purpose of each . He also understands the process of acidification, chlorination and oxidation utilized by the system. He is a joy to speak with and a pleasure to have had in our home. We are looking forward to having a Rainsoft system very soon.
