We had a great experience with RainSoft from start to finish! Our sales representative, Juan, gave an excellent presentation and was extremely knowledgeable about the product. He took the time to answer all of our questions and clearly demonstrated how well the treated water works and the noticeable difference it can make. Our installer, Jake, was also wonderful to work with. The entire process, from the initial demonstration to installation day and beyond, was smooth and seamless. Both Juan and Jake were professional, pleasant, and made the whole experience easy. We’re very happy with our decision and cannot wait to start referring friends and family. Highly recommend RainSoft, and especially Juan and Jake!
