Michael L. was our technician. He is a knowledgeable, thorough, courteous man who worked on our Rain Soft System, replacing needed parts & making it work like new .All Rain Soft techs are personable, but Mike L. is the best. I intend to request his services for all my future water conditioning & needs. He went beyond the extra mile for us.

I’m extremely satisfied with the product and service I’ve received from Rainsoft. We recently paid a very reasonable amount to have our original Rainsoft system upgraded. When shopping for prices Rainsoft beat everyone!! On Wednesday 12/5/12 we realized our aerator was continuing to run when nobody was using water. One call to the Punta Gorda office and a call back from the Ft Myers office and we had a technician at our house the same day within a few hours. What we thought was a bad submersible aerator pump cost $525.00 parts and labor turned out to be a bad part in the aerator (the check valve) which only cost $137.74 thanks to the honest technician. The Rainsoft technician, Danny Walker was prompt and professional. I highly recommend Rainsoft.
