Overall, an excellent experience from beginning to end. Shawn provided a fantastic presentation—very personable and presentable. Richard was also fantastic. He corrected something I didn’t even realize needed correction and then returned to put in the correct faucet. A phenomenal service in that the equipment was made in USA and the cleaning products were made in Texas.
