I had a faulty valvue, so there was a drip. Called service center and Brian immediately sent Matt. Everyone I spoke with in this company is big league! Matt got here and we had a great talk. So 1/1000 faulty valve lotto. Learned much more about the treatment and I am proposing it to anybody I see. My 2 pennies!!
