RainSoft came in here and KILLED IT from start to finish! First of all, this was a WHOLE comedy show! We literally laughed from the beginning to the very end of the process! They were so friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and FUNNY. I was able to be completely myself, and that meant so much to me. I felt comfortable in my own home, and honestly, that’s how it should be. They were able to break everything down into infant terms so that I could actually understand what they were explaining. They explained my entire system very thoroughly and made sure I understood how everything works. The demonstrator who initially came to my house also showed me the difference between regular tap water on my skin versus RainSoft-treated water on my skin, and let me tell you—the difference was significant! That demonstration really made me stop and think about what I was putting in my hair, what I was using to prepare my food, and ultimately, what I was putting into my body. It really opened my eyes to the importance of the quality of the water in my home. They even showed me where the hookup for the hard water is, just in case I need to pressure wash my house, so I know exactly where to connect everything. They also made sure I had their personal phone numbers so that if I ever had questions, I could reach out to them directly. I may forget a few things along the way, but knowing I have access to them makes me feel comfortable because I know I can call and ask. And listen… it’s hard to impress me! But these guys absolutely did. They made the entire process easy, informative, comfortable, and enjoyable. I would 100% recommend RainSoft to ANYBODY and EVERYBODY, of all ages! If I could do a second installation just to have them back in my home and enjoy their company again, I absolutely would! 10/10 experience from beginning to end!
