The sales person John S. was very professional and polite. He took a lot of time to sit and answer all of my question very patiently. It was a very pleseant experience.. The installer Michael D. was very professional.. He came out on a very cold and nasty day and I really appreciated that. He was very polite and took plenty of time to explain everything to us.. He kept his work area very clean and made sure that he picked everything up. I would recommend both of them to anyone who had questions about his system.
