The sales rep was really awesome. It was an easy decision after talking with him. Our install tech had to return after the inspection because one unit had a leak. he never explained what was going on and didn’t tell us if he was going to return. He never went over the manual with us and left them in garage for me to find on my own. He also did not deliver our soap at the time of the installation. The install technician had to remind him to bring it. We paid the additional money up front to have the salt bin filled to the top, he did not do this and needed to be reminded. The inspector saw it on the paperwork and noted that it had not been complete. He did a good job on the installation overall but he did not communicate anything to use very effectively.
