From start to finish, I was impressed with all the individuals involved in our purchase. Virginia, the marketing rep who arranged our demonstration was very pleasant and went out of her way to assure that we had a date and time that fit our schedule. Bashaum, the gentleman who conducted the testing spent several hours with us giving a thorough demonstration that really sold us on both the need for the product and the quality of Rain Soft filtration. Our Installer completed the installation in short time and we were pleased at how clean the installation was, particularly the drain pipe. Alba completed the follow up and introduced us to the cleaning products and made sure we knew how to mix them and how to redeem our points. We could not be more pleased.

Brian was a wealth of knowledge regarding your product and answered all of my questions. So far (after three weeks) we are very satisfied with the “new” water.
