Both our water testing technician and the installer were top-notch. We were over the top satisfied with both of the individuals we had come to our home.

The Rainsoft representative , Ricky , did a very good job showing proof of the value and integrity of the water conditioner. Before we purchased the product I refused to drink water directly from the home faucet unless it first went through a water filter. I have been doing that for over 20 years. Since we purchased the conditioner I feel confident that I am drinking water that is equal to purified water , right out of the faucet !! Amazing. I no longer have to drink bottled water either. Really it is an amazing product. I only wish I knew about it sooner especially since I also learned that even filtered water isn’t as clean as we think it is. That salesman really opened our eyes and so did the follow up water test Inspector provide valuable l information on how pure our water now is. Who doesn’t want clean and wholesome water to drink. Really. Thank you for educating us on the real value of this Rainsoft water conditioner product.
