Both sales representative and installer were helpful in answering the multiple questions I had. The sales representative gave thorough explanations and understood the system well, which was one of the reasons I decided to get the equipment. Both were friendly and completed the work quickly. From the moment I got in touch with a Rain Soft scheduling Rep, Kim, I have been treated with such a high level of respect and care, it did not surprise me when Younes showed up! I cannot stop talking about him and told all my family and friends about him! Younes spoke to my husband and me like we were old friends. He educated us without alienating us! We had a blast! Tim was just the cherry on top! He came in and knew what to do and made sure he was doing it right…the first time. The communication between all departments is just wonderful. I was always informed of every detail! Thank you!

First, we were hesitating because there are so many salespeople who will sell and run. But Gabrielle is really thorough and let us contact with his manager who will give us comfort level. The sales person spent 3 house to educate us and test and made the contract. The installer, Tim, is real professional, courteous and perfectionist. We loved him! After that Brian and Dan who came to visit us to test the water again were so wonderful!. Your service staff on the phone is also very friendly and informative. I love your company!!
