First of all – the Huntsville office was so patient over the phone. I called several times (over two days) to discuss questions, and they were always helpful. Secondly, Doug (the plumber who came out to install our RO) was professional, helpful, friendly, pleasant, and went over and beyond to make the reinstallation ready to go! Our house is 175 years old, and we didn’t think we could reinstall the whole system…but, Doug found not one but two ways we could do it! His work was top quality, and he left the kitchen spotless. And he did his work with obvious joy and a smile. We would certainly have him back to install the entire system. Good job Huntsville!
