Harrison came over to our house after dark, 2 hours away from home and he was still incredibly kind and informative. He stayed here and gave us a thorough explanation and testing of our water in what ended up being 2 hours of his time. I was happy to make the decision to go with RainSoft after that experience. I was not personally home for the installation but my wife said that our installer, James was very nice and professional. After coming home from work, I was like a kid at Christmas when I’d seen that it was installed very well. After reading through the manuals, I’m happy with the equipment we ordered and the company we ordered it through because everything appears to be very easy to understand and operate. I also can’t complain that we’re getting vouchers for 5 years worth of various soaps included as a promotional item with our softener and iron filter system. We’re both so happy we did it and wouldn’t have done it any differently.
