I do love the fact that your company and reps are willing to work with us, the working 9-5ers who cannot always take a day off from work to meet a rep at our home during the week day. Now that my unit is installed and I have had some weeks to experience the effects of water softening, I can truly say when taking a shower or even during my laundry, the water feels like liquid silk.
