It’s been a very satisfactory experience. Laundry comes out cleaner and smelling better. The washing machine is definitely less smelly. I like the face and body soaps. Learning how to use less product has been a bit of a challenge, but that’s okay. Both of us have less itching after showering. The only product that doesn’t work as well as I’d hoped is the dishwashing soap. Seems to require more than indicated. However, the dishwasher itself is cleaner… Products smell good, but not overwhelming.

We are very pleased with our experience with your staff and the quality of water we get from using this system. Just the fact that I can drink water right out of the tap is nice.

We have only had this system for a couple of weeks. So far we are very pleased. Ty (salesperson) explained the system thoroughly and answered any questions we had. He WAS NOT pushy what so ever. The water feels wonderful and the rust stains in our toilet that I could not remove are completely gone now! We had a couple issues with the installation and the installers were here for quite a while but all in all great service. The products are great except the dish washing liquid I did not care for as it left my coffee cups still slightly unclean. Other than that, we love the system and we would recommend this product to everyone. I have read reviews online and have done my research. Do not pay attention to some of the negative reviews as this system is worth it. Rachel did a fantastic job explaining all the cleaning products to us and hope we receive the shipment in quickly! I haven’t had the system but a few weeks. But I love it already!! Dishes sparkle,skin is soft. Hair looks shinier and I also save money on conditioner I use less. Bathtub is cleaner. My clothes come out feeling softer also. And the water is way better tasting than any bottled water I have ever had. My ice cribs used to taste funny straight from my ice maker but not anymore I highly recommend this water system well worth the money. And all of the employees are absolutely wonderful to deal with. We are very happy customers??
