We want to compliment the service that helped us. His name is Jeff Schimpf. He came to our home for some instillation issues and was the most helpful service person we have ever dealt with. Our sink had been damaged with some of the chemicals that the sales person had used to test our water. Rainsoft apologized for the error and agreed to replace our sink. It took a while to get our sink ordered . When it finally came Mr Schimpf brought it out to install it and it was broken in shipment. He was more upset for the delay actually than we were and apologized for us being so inconvenienced. He said that when he comes into someones home he treats it as if it is his home and will do whatever it takes to help us. It took a few days to get the next sink replaced. When it came back in Mr. Schimpf spent the better part of his day getting the sink back installed. He actually had an eye appointment for damage to his eye from another job and we think he stayed with us until our job was finished instead of leaving for his doctors appoint. We call that real dedication to his job and his customers. We really appreciate Mr. Schimpf’s work ethic and hope Rainsoft knows what a wonderfull employee they have.
