I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been more satisfied with a product representative, a purchase, an installation and the use of something this big. Every single step of the process was exemplary. It was a “Master Class” in every way, from my initial contact with the representative to the follow up I have received following the installation. I absolutely LOVE the product and can’t believe I lived for so long without it. I have long, fine, curly/frizzy hair which was always sooooo tangled. I tried so many different products and nothing worked well. With my new soft water, my hair is totally different!! So manageable and easy to detangle. No more pain and broken hair shafts from all of the brushing/pulling. I can’t even tell you what a relief that is!! I am also a very skeptical person, but throughout the entire process, I gained so much faith and trust in the representative that helped me with my purchase, Austin. He has a super relaxed and calm demeanor, has always been most professional, has responded quickly to any concerns I’ve had along the way, and successfully resolved anything which didn’t go to plan. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend RainSoft as a company, and/or Austin as a representative, to all of my family and friends!!

Oh I love my water softener I’ve been telling everybody and I was even laughing saying I should do it infomercial for it, my skin feels totally different and even though I don’t see my plumbing pipes I’m sure they’re loving it too. One of the best decisions I’ve made this year!!
