I have noticed that some of the younger people today talk faster than I care to listen, not just our salesman. I did remind him to slow down which he did. He was a very nice young man and very thorough, although the presentation did take a while; I did not mind. He was a little goofy and humorous which helped make the sale along with explaining everything he was doing.

Just wanted to let you know that we were very impressed with our sales rep. He did an outstanding job and we were sold on the system very quickly due to his professional presentation. We sent him a recommendation and are hopeful others will take advantage of this wonderful product. We are very happy so far.

our system had a instant hot water at the sink that we were putting the alkaline system on. The installers had to order special parts and learn about installing it at our house. They did this not only with a smile on thier face but in a super timely mannor. They were such awesome people from the sales rep to the installers we appreciate every one of them!!! Thank you all

My rainsoft system is awesome its like taking a shower in lotion. My skin is so soft now and its super good for watering the plants i would definitely recommend this product. The price seems high but you get what you pay for a quality product always costs a little more and in my opinion well worth it.

The sales professional and installer were wonderful. They were both very courteous and knowledgeable. We would recommend them to any of our family or friends! The folks at Aqua Finance in Milwaukee were obviously foreign and had no problem solving skills. On June 1, 2015 I called to pay off the rain soft system and was informed that the revolving credit I signed up for would accrue 2 dollars plus every day. I wrote a letter to inform them that I would pay the 60.00 additional dollars, but would like an invoice stating we paid the full amount and a letter from the finance company stating the revolving credit wound end and no longer show on our credit reports. It was a less than pleasant experience with the finance company. We love the product and feel healthier and happier! Thank you, Suzanne M. Schroeder
