Both Dale and Micah were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Dale took extra time to answer my many questions and explained the science behind the products in a way that was easy to understand. Micah did not have to work on Christmas Eve but offered to do so in order to accommodate my schedule. He drove about an hour one-way for my installation and was finished in about an hour. I’m very happy with not only the quality products but also the great sales and service experiences.

I wanted to use a local plumber to install a water conditioning system for our hard well water. When none of them would even answer their phones, I decided to give RainSoft a call. It was the best decision I could’ve made. We experienced friendly, educational, and professional service with everyone we interacted with. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful, and she scheduled a water specialist to come to our home within a week to test our water (she could’ve had them come out the next day, but it didn’t work with our schedule). The water specialist (Nathan D.) was extremely professional and friendly. He tested our water and made recommendations based on the size of our home and what was found in our water. He answered our (many!) questions so we could make an informed decision that we felt good about. The guys who installed our system (Preston and Micah) were professional and courteous. The installation was quick and clean, and when they were done, they thoroughly explained what they did and what we need to do to maintain the system. This was a truly exceptional experience, and I would recommend RainSoft of Northern Michigan to anyone looking to soften and purify their household water.
