Michael was a superb salesman and very personable, but ultimately it was the various experiments that sold the product. To see, feel, and taste the difference was truly undeniable. Johnathon was also excellent. He went the extra mile during the install to route the pipes into our cellar, rather than having them out and about in our finished basement. So the system is tucked away in an appropriate space. I know it took extra effort on his part, and we appreciate it so much!
