Terrific experience all the way around and love that the calcium deposits are GONE and hair and skin are not dried out after a shower. Should have done this a decade ago. Also, in addition to the sales guy, Thomas, and installer being great, the manager, Alicia G. was fantastic!

Representative and installer were very professional, and explained everything in detail. Installer also fixed issues that occurred during the installation of the Rain Soft system. All in all it was a very eye opening experience from presentation to installment. Very happy with the system, and are recommending it to friends and relatives at the present time.
