The sales rep and technicians were very informative and knowledgeable about the system. I was pleased with their ability to answer all of our questions and offer suggestions given what they observed. The technician informed us that the water would be more slippery and we shoukd consider getting a grip mat for inside the tub to prevent the toddlers from falling. Great service !
