Marvin was very polite and handles himself very professionally in a way that a company should be proud of and an employee should be recognized for. He is very personable and makes it very easy to communicate with the customer and lets them ask questions when they have them. He is very knowledgeable about the sales and services that the company offers. I am not one to be sold very easy on products by a salesperson l. However his knowledge, disposition, personality and over all friendliness made the whole experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend RainSoft to family and friends do to the customer experience with Marvin.
